Personally diagnosed with ADHD and nutrition means that I have strategies that are made for diverse minds. We all know what to do to be healthy, but finding the right support to show you how to incorporate the habits can be life changing!
I have always had a special interest in physiotherapy, injury prevention and recovery. Having my own issues with sprained ankles, occasional sciatica and crunchy knees - I can still function daily without chronic pain due to nutrition & exercise.
A sustainable diet to achieve ideal weight management includes mindfully eating. THis means supporting digestion with less distractions and more chewing but also providing strategies for meal-time decision making and incorporating wholesome meals regularly.

Going to the gym is not everyones cup-of-tea, but resistance training is essential for all aspects of health. Using a semi-private training model and online coaching you can get social support, personalised programming and low-equipment workouts from home, or at the gym.
