My name is Ti, and I'm passionate about debunking diet and fitness myths, trusting your gut (figuratively and literally) and developing healthy habits.
I am on a mission to help adults break free from diet culture, while improving their overall health, strength and quality of life. As a Personal Trainer of over 10 years, with my Diploma (almost Bachelor!) of Nutrition, I can confidently tell you strict diets do not work and that strength training is empowering af.

I have used all the excuses.
I have an underactive thyroid, bad genetics and therefore struggle to lose weight. I live in a low-income area and sometimes find it hard to put food on the table. I have a busy lifestyle, and find it difficult to have time to make a good meal, and resort to takeout.
I also have ADHD, which effects my "executive functioning". Meaning that it is more difficult to plan and execute healthy behaviours, or anything that is not interesting to me or isn't easy or instantly gratifying.
On the flip side, I have also been the person getting all my family to do Keto. I have been the 10-times-per-week powerlifting and cardio bunny that also danced and walk up mountains. The person that received all the praise for being so disciplined and dedicated, while it was more about addiction and peer pressure.
I found balance between undernourishment, overexercise, over eating and pure laziness. Everyhting I have done so far has reinforced my purpose - to prevent extremes, and to personalise everything to suit preferences, abilities and maximise opportunity for success.
